Refund and Return Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after you receive the product to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Products sent to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can assess and correct the issue.
Exclusions/Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), customized products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about a specific product.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of discounted products or gift cards.
Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and processed your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, the refund will be automatically credited to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and send the refund as well.
